the power of you
heal your mind
Everything begins with the healing of your mind. Take a long hard look at your thoughts, what is true and what is not true, and correct all wrongful thinking so that you can free your mind from your own self-imposed limits, doubts and fears.
love your body
What type of body image do you have? Are you often focusing on your body, how to lose weight, get more fit and projecting a certain image to the world? Stop listening to the dictates of society and start to listen to your body.
your inner GPS
Have you find your own north star? That star that lights up your life and that you trust implicitly to lead you in the right direction. It takes a while to find your own north star, but once you have found it, you are set on your journey for life.
your values & beliefs
You are born without any values or beliefs. These are learnt from others and your environment. Re-evaluate your values and beliefs, discard those not serving you, and realign with those that resonate with your true identity.
live your life your way
Far too often people try and please others and in doing this, they are living someone else’s life and not their own. Well-meaning family and friends tell you how you should live your life, but you need to choose the life you want to live.
connect with Source
There is an intelligence that created everything. This Source is known in many different forms, but it is formless, nameless, and it is so expansive that it cannot possibly be named or described in any way that would reveal its true magnificence.
There is only one way to cultivate a healthy happy garden. You first need to clear out the space and prepare the soil that you are going to use. You need to clear away all the weeds (roots and all), put nutrients back in the soil, and map out a blueprint of how you want your garden to look. Many other factors must be taken into account, such as some plants need more direct sunlight than others. You cannot just start creating your garden without a plan.
You then need to choose the plants you want, the different colors that you will use, decide on whether or not you are going to have a water feature, and then decide if you want benches where you, and others, can sit and take time to rest, relax and recharge in the new space you have just created. Are you going to have bird feeders and bird baths? There are so many different things to choose from.
Cultivating your life is no different from cultivating your garden. First you have to clear out the old to make space for the new. It is likened to sweeping out the debris of the past so that you can clear out the clutter and start bringing in things that match what you want.
This masterclass will help you in creating the life you want. There is nothing you cannot do. Trust in yourself, trust in the process of life, but most of all, know that there is something far greater than you and I that works with us to create the life that we have set out in our blueprint.
the healing touch of compassion
Get comfortable and cozy under the healing touch of compassion. You will find a tree in your Garden of Eden; your very own space for comfort, rest and restoration. This tree of compassion knows what it is like to face the harsh effects of the varying seasons of life. Here you can sit safely in the shade of the tree, listening to the birds calling out to one another. Here you can rest and let time stand still. You can drift in and out of consciousness, just feeling the warmth of the breeze gently caress your skin. You can choose to leave the past and all your worries behind you. You can choose to look towards your future with excitement and certainty in your heart that you will once again experience love, peace, joy, harmony, integrity and compassion. Here you can sit in this very moment, just being, doing nothing. Let the pain, hurt, disappointments, failures, loss, grief and sorrow just drop off you, without any attachment left clinging to you. Sit under the tree and appreciate the beauty of life. The tree and healing touch of compassion is for everyone. Some come and shed the old skin, and then get up to continue their journey. Others sit a while longer, just letting the healing silence wash through and around them. Others just sit and cry tears of cathartic release.
Whatever you choose to do, it is okay. The touch of compassion extends comfort to anyone who chooses to sit beneath its long outstretched branches, much like outstretched arms enveloping you in love. If you have not created your own Garden of Eden, you can Create Your Own Garden of Eden through the help of this FREE online course – Create Your Own Garden of Eden, and remember, when you are creating your own Garden of Eden, do make sure that the healing tree of compassion is central to your garden’s design.
the rivers of change
There is something about rivers that can be so mesmerizing, and there are many parallels that can be drawn between the path of a river and the path in our lives. Let’s take a look at a few of these similarities.
traversing the terrain of life
Life is not a predictable flat terrain. There are peaks and valleys, scalable terrain and terrain that cannot be easily traversed.
When setting out on a journey, you have the normal checklist of things to do. Service the vehicle, check your medical insurance is in order, have someone care for your home when you are gone, pack for the climate you will traveling through and to, and as you know, so much more. But the most important thing is you need to know where you are going (unless of course, you are on the road to nowhere – in which case, safe travels, have fun and good luck).
You might be taking multiple modes of transport, but if you are traveling on the road, you will need to ensure that you have a great GPS to help you in territories unknown.
One of the biggest challenges when traversing unknown territory is to ensure that your vehicle is able to make the trip. You will notice that most of the time, roads go around mountains and not too often do they go straight up and down the other side.
This is life. Oftentimes there is not a straight road to your destination. Sometimes you have to take detours. Don’t let this put you off. Just keep on going. And remember, when taking long trips, it is important to rest while travelling.
