There is so much to be said about loving you. I have even written a book on it, and it still is not enough to contain all the valuable information, resources and skill sets you need to be able to truly love yourself, regardless of your past, present or anticipated future.
There are some phenomenal teachers who have experienced truly remarkable changes in their lives and who can teach us the principles that helped them achieve this. It is important to remember, however, that what worked for one person, might not be a good fit for another. The secret here is to align yourself with those who resonate with who you are.
Loving yourself means accepting every single part about you. It means accepting that we all make mistakes and then learning to forgive ourselves, release the guilt, fear and shame, and learn to embrace each moment and know that with each thought we are laying the foundation for our futures.
If you want love, you need to be love. If you want abundance, learn to give. If you want success, learn to be content with wherever you are in your life. Do not fight the flow of life, but rather go with the flow and allow new breath to be breathed into your visions and your heart. Let your mind be healed.
And learn to love yourself before attempting to love another.
I love you.
Always and ever.
How much do you love yourself? As in – truly love who you are, right now, just as you are?
How much do you forgive yourself? As in – truly forgive yourself for all that you think you have done wrong in this lifetime?
Are you ready to walk out of the fog that you are currently living in? Are you ready to dig deep into your emotional unhappiness and be prepared to look at it, make peace with it and then let it go?
Loving Yourself Coaching is a program designed to systematically get you to discern what is real and what is not real.
Be brave; be bold – it is time to let go of the fear and to allow love to come in and heal the wounds that you have been burying for so long.
Let that shit go!
Here is a question for you. Do you ever feel like your life is about to run aground; to smash against the rocks with nothing but pain, loss and despair waiting for you around the next corner?
If so, you are not alone.
Millions of people feel this debilitating fear each and every day; from moment to moment.
And that is where I come in.
I am a lighthouse to others. I shine my light in the darkness of your life and in the wake of your impending storm. There are ways to avoid imminent disaster – just watch where the light illuminates the path for you to take.
Have you ever noticed that lighthouses are on the coastlines, in some of the most beautiful, yet treacherous parts of the globe? Just like the one in the picture to the right?
The amazing truth is that lighthouses are built to serve. They are built in areas where they seemingly get bashed about by the elements of mother nature, yet they stand tall, still shining their lights to warn passing vessels if they are coming too close to danger.
And this is what everyone needs. Warning signals when their life depends on it.
Wouldn’t you like to learn how to be your own light – with everything clearly visible? Well, you can be your own light. Just remove all the obstacles that keeps your light from being seen.
This Program is all about falling in love with yourself. Free-falling. Trusting yourself. Loving yourself. Believing in yourself. Now some people can have what is known as a ‘satori’ (an instant awakening) and they learn the truth of the depths of who they are – blissful eternal love, but this is not the norm.
Most people battle for weeks, months, years, decades and even a lifetime to truly learn to love themselves – just as they are.
So this Program – the 12 Steps to Loving You Program – has been created into a Coaching and an Online Program that runs for 12-weeks. You might find yourself experiencing sudden shifts in your life, whilst at other junctures, you might find that you will need to sit with certain practices a bit longer. There is no right or wrong way – there is only the trust in the process that it is possible to love yourself (and others) unconditionally.
Whilst every effort has been made to keep the 12-Weeks to Loving You Program as simple and as structured as possible, it needs to be noted that some people move through some steps faster than others. So whilst the outline of each week is listed above, in the name of structural integrity – this is merely a guideline to the amount of time that will be taken for each step.
Some steps you will work through with ease, whilst others will take a bit more time. All is perfect and as it should be.
Having said the above, this Program is powerful! It is the only Program that I know of that encompasses your whole life’s spectrum; i.e. taking a deep dive into who you are from a mental, physical, spiritual and scientific perspective. It looks at life through the eyes of the observer – YOU. It takes you on a journey of self-exploration, changing toxic and destructive patterns, habits and relationships – all the way through to learning what creating and co-creating your own life means. It takes you on a journey of exploration into your life here on earth.
Don’t waste a single moment getting stuck in the details.
Open up your heart and mind to the endless possibilities that lies before you.
In this Program, there are 3 Phases, each dedicated to a specific topic, namely:
- Phase I – YOU
- Phase II – CHANGE
- Phase III – CREATION
In a nutshell – you (the observer) change creation. You have the ability to create, to expand, to evolve. You have the ability to turn hatred into love, sadness into joy and tears into laughter. You get to choose this every single second of every single day.
I have culminated years of experience and different teachings to bring about a Program that is suited for anyone. It holds to no specific dogma, only to the truth that within each of us lies our own buried treasure – the realness of who we are.
It is this that this Program is helping you to achieve – to remove all the obstacles that stands between you and your own raw realness – the soul of you.
If you want to make a difference in the lives of others and the world as a whole, you first need to make a difference in your own life. You need to free yourself from all the things that weigh you down. You need to question every thought, belief or dogma you have been taught, and you need to find that which resonates with you and brings peace to your soul.
No judgment. No criticism. No condemnation. Only love. Only truth. Only healing.
See you along the way.
After all, we are all on a journey onwards, upwards, inwards and finally homeward bound.
