Phase I – YOU

If I had to ask you to list 10 things you perceive to be your weaknesses and then to list 10 things that you absolutely love about yourself – human nature is to rush through the first list and then to fumble your way along the latter list. We have been so conditioned to keep on striving for more, to enlighten as beings, to let all that shit go – that it is no wonder we are consumed with exhaustion from trying to create a perceiving perception of yourself, when you have forgotten that you are perfect – right where you are – in this very moment.

All you need to do is to find a way to strip away the layers that surround who you are, to remove the walls and barriers that keep you from others, and to learn to sit in silence with who or what you truly are.
