Phase I – YOU

If I had to ask you to list 10 things you perceive to be your weaknesses and then to list 10 things that you absolutely love about yourself – human nature is to rush through the first list and then to fumble your way along the latter. We have been so conditioned to keep on striving for more, to ‘enlighten’ as beings, to let all that shit go – that it is no wonder we are consumed with exhaustion from trying to create a perceiving perception of ourselves. We have forgotten that we are already whole, healed and perfect – right in this very moment.

All you need to do is to peel back the layers that surround who you are, remove the walls that keep you from others, and to learn to let yourself just be.
